1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, creating an account, uploading artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from Never Stop Printshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products, Quotes and Pricing

Product specifications, pricing, quantities, materials, finishes, turnaround estimates, and availability may vary based on the details of each project.

Custom quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If project requirements change after a quote is issued, Never Stop Printshop may revise the price or production estimate before work continues.

3. Artwork and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing artwork, text, images, trademarks, logos, and other content they are legally authorized to reproduce.

The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, quantities, and other project details before final approval.

4. Proofs and Approval

When a proof is provided, production begins only after the required final approval has been received. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the artwork, layout, spelling, dimensions, quantities, and other details shown in the proof.

Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may affect the production timeline.

5. Production and Turnaround

Production and turnaround times are estimates unless Never Stop Printshop expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Timelines may be affected by proof approval, artwork changes, material availability, order quantity, shipping, and production capacity.

Rush production may be available for certain projects and may require an additional fee.

6. Payment

Payment requirements are presented during checkout, on the applicable invoice, or in the accepted quote. Orders may not enter production until required payment and approvals have been received.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges shown before payment is completed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Never Stop Printshop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect customer-provided addresses, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Reprints

Because many Never Stop Printshop products are custom manufactured, cancellation or refund availability depends on the production status of the order.

Cancellation may be possible before final approval and before production begins. Once a custom order enters production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

If you believe an order has a production defect or does not match the approved specifications, contact Never Stop Printshop promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers retain responsibility for the rights to customer-supplied artwork and content. By submitting content to Never Stop Printshop, the customer grants the permission necessary to reproduce that content for the requested product or service.

Never Stop Printshop branding, website content, original graphics, software, and other proprietary materials may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.

10. Website and Account Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or use an account for unlawful activity.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Never Stop Printshop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, production delays, carrier delays, or the use of customer-provided content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through the website is also subject to the Never Stop Printshop Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

Never Stop Printshop may update these Terms and Conditions as the website, products, services, or business practices change. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
